Treadmill Mistakes

There are a few mistakes one could do while working on treadmill and they are best avoided. Some of the mistakes are holding onto the handrail or console, leaning forward, over striding,  going too fast, not knowing the treadmill features, hunching shoulders and looking down, not challenging oneself, getting onto the treadmill, not using one’s feet, getting on the treadmill while the belt is moving at full speed. These mistakes need to be avoided in order to utilize the treadmill effectively
