Flower Therapy

We have discussed a lot on stress, haven’t we?! A lot of therapies have been suggested and the best one that I have heard till now is Bach Flower Therapy. This therapy is to reduce stress and make a person emotionally stronger. It is used to remove anxiety, depression, lack of confidence, intolerance, hatred, selfishness. This helps restore the balance, and make a person a happier person! It is a very spiritual process and can be tried to know the difference
