Breathing Exercise
Breathing exercises are important to lead a stress free life. It increases mental alertness and prevents respiratory diseases, heart disease and sluggishness. It is very simple process. All that one requires is few minutes and a minimal amount of attention. One can perform breathing exercises anywhere. All that one has to is to inhale and feel the chest/rib cage expanding. Then hold the breath for a few moments and then begin to exhale slowly. This will relax the chest and rib cage. This is a very simple exercise and one has to spend hardly 5 minutes everyday on it.
